We have a lot of experience in measuring electrical characteristics of experimental samples such as thin films, inspecting individual ICs, and inspecting probe cards.

・The PL series is a new standard model of the light-load type (approx. 35 g weight instead of approx. 70 g weight of the PA series), which was previously a “special-order product of the PA series. The configuration and operability of the PL series are the same as those of the PA series.
・The PL series has the same configuration and operation as the PA series.
Compared to the PA series, the PL series has a lighter needle tip load, making it suitable for experimental samples such as thin films, direct probing of micro components, and delicate flexible substrates.
It is ideal for quick probing of a wide range of measurement targets with the same ease of operation as placing a needle on a record, and is used as a revolutionary “general-purpose simple manual prober.

※Arm length (L) is the length from the center of the base when the arm is fully extended.
In the case of PL-400, the measurable range is within an approximate radius of 400 meters.
※2The 2-arm type comes with two arms.
Two arms are set with two arms of different lengths for ease of operation.
For example, PL-400W has two arms with L=400 and L=320.
This allows each arm to be operated independently without interference.
